OPlayTCG is an unofficial, fan-made project created by fans, for fans. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Bandai Co., Ltd., Shueisha Inc., Toei Animation Co., Ltd., Eiichiro Oda, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
By accessing or using this website and its tools (card library, deck builder, the Coliseum play space and tournaments), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Nature of the project
OPlayTCG is a non-commercial, community-driven fan project whose goal is to catalog and help fans enjoy the One Piece Card Game. It is not an official product and does not replace the official game, its products, or its services.
The Coliseum (our digital play space) is a fan-built re-creation of the game's rules for practice and community play between fans. It is not endorsed by the rights holders and may differ from official rulings.

3. Use of card data and images
Card data, names, effects, and images are reproduced to help players browse, study, and build decks. They remain the property of their respective owners and are used in good faith for a non-commercial, informational purpose.
We do not sell cards or any official product. Any links to third-party stores or sources are provided for convenience only.
4. User accounts and conduct
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, to harass other users, to cheat or manipulate matches or rankings, or to disrupt the service.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or harm the community or the service.
5. No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the data, rulings, or simulator behavior are complete, accurate, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPlayTCG and its contributors are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.
